Stir-Fry

ASIA-ASIA STIR-FRY
Serves 4 (side dish)

1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup broccoli pieces
1/2 cup Asia-Asia Stir-Fry Sauce
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cut onion pieces
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

(Any combination of available vegetables may be substituted and/or thinly sliced meats may be added.)

Add a dab of vegetable oil to a fry pan or wok and heat. Add all veggies and stir-fry for a few minutes. Allow vegetables to cook until about half done. Add Asia-Asia Stir-Fry Sauce, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot with rice or noodles. (Add more sauce as desired.)
