Spicy Teriyaki

JADE KABOBS
Serves 4

2-3 lbs. beef cut into 1 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup Asia-Asia Teriyaki Sauce (Ginger or Spicy)
1 green pepper cut into 1" pieces
Pineapple chunks
Cherry tomatoes
Bamboo skewers

Marinate meat in Asia-Asia Teriyaki Sauce for 1-4 hours. Place meat and vegetables on skewers. Baste meat and vegetables on skewers. Baste meat and vegetables with sauce during grilling. Serve with extra sauce over rice or noodles. (Soak skewers 1 hr. in water before using to prevent burning.)

QUICK TIPS AND USES FOR SPICY TERIYAKI SAUCE:

* Substitute chicken, shrimp or scallops for beef.
