SPICY SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN TENDERS

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast |

1 egg |
 |
1 cup milk |
 |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
 |
1 small green pepper cut into 1" square (optional) |
 |
1 cup pineapple chunks (drain juice) (optional) |
 |
1 cup (or more) of warm Asia-Asia Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce |

Oil for frying |
Heat 1/4" of oil in a pan to about 350 degrees. Slice the chicken into 1" x 2" pieces. Dip individual pieces of chicken in milk and roll the chicken pieces in the flour. Shake off any excess flour. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown, turning until the chicken is cooked. Remove from the oil, drain on paper towel. Place on serving platter. Drizzle with warmed Asia-Asia Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce. Garnish with pineapple chunks and green pepper.
