CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

1/2 head lettuce |

1/2 cup slivered almonds |
 |
1 can Mandarin oranges |
 |
2 stalks of celery |
 |
Cilantro |
 |
1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
 |
1/2 cup Asia-Asia Sesame Soy Dressing |
Cook the chicken breasts as desired. Allow the chicken to cool and shred the meat into strips. Slice the head lettuce, celery and green onions into thin strips and combine together. Drain the Mandarin oranges well and discard the juice. If desired, chop the cilantro into small pieces and add to the lettuce. Gently mix the Mandarin oranges and chicken pieces into the lettuce mixture and sprinkle with the slivered almonds. Mix the dressing directly into the salad or serve on the side.
